Use BedWatch Africa for genuine emergency routing, facility updates (staff only), and genuine BERF claims. Anything else — false triggers, fake facility data, fraudulent claims, harassment, account tampering, scraping, or impersonation — can mean immediate termination and legal action.

1. Permitted Use

Accessing real-time health facility data for genuine emergency routing purposes
Querying facility availability for your own or a family member’s genuine health needs
Updating facility status (for registered facility staff only)
Submitting genuine BERF claims (for eligible annual subscribers only)
Adding genuine trusted contacts to your profile

2. Prohibited Use

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

Submitting false emergency triggers
Entering false or misleading facility data
Submitting fraudulent BERF claims
Using the platform to harass, threaten, or harm any person
Attempting to access accounts other than your own
Using automated tools to scrape or harvest facility data
Reverse engineering the platform
Using the platform for commercial purposes without a commercial agreement with BedWatch Africa
Impersonating a health facility or emergency service
