Institutional Account Terms

1. Institutional Pricing

• Up to 499 members: GHS 4.00 per head per month (GHS 48.00 per head annually)
• 500 to 999 members: GHS 3.50 per head per month (GHS 42.00 per head annually)
• 1,000 members and above: GHS 3.00 per head per month (GHS 36.00 per head annually)

Annual institutional plans include BERF access for all covered members.

2. Institutional Account Holder Obligations

The institution agrees to:

• Provide accurate member lists for onboarding
• Update member lists when employees or members join or leave
• Communicate BedWatch Africa terms and limitations to covered members
• Not make claims or representations about BedWatch Africa that go beyond what these terms state
• Pay subscription fees on the agreed billing cycle

3. Member Data

By onboarding members, the institution confirms it has the legal right to share member phone numbers with BedWatch Africa for the purpose of activating their subscriptions. The institution is responsible for obtaining any required consent from members under applicable data protection laws.

4. Institutional Liability

The institution agrees that BedWatch Africa’s liability to the institution and to any of its covered members is limited as set out in the Terms and Conditions, Section 13 (Limitation of Liability).
