Refund and Cancellation Policy

Monthly plans: cancel anytime, no partial refund for the current month. Annual plans: full refund within 7 days of purchase, non-refundable after. Day passes and short visitor plans are non-refundable once activated. A 24+ hour platform outage earns you a pro-rated credit.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. No refunds are provided for the current billing month.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel after 7 days, your subscription will remain active until the end of the annual period.
Day Pass
Day passes are non-refundable once activated.
Visitor Plans
Visitor plans of 30 days or less are non-refundable once activated. Visitor plans of 3 months or more may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
Technical Failures
If the platform is unavailable for more than 24 continuous hours due to a BedWatch Africa system failure, affected subscribers will receive a pro-rated credit to their account.
BERF Refunds
BERF contributions (25% of annual subscription) are not separately refundable. If an annual subscription is refunded within the 7-day window, the full subscription amount including the BERF portion is refunded.
